NOTD: Rimmel Black Out & Australis Speck-Tacular

While I was away on Holidays & even prior to me going I picked up quite a few new nail polishes. I'm slowly working my way round to getting swatches of all of them up including some in my NOTD posts.

This Nail of the Day post is including one of my new fav trends / nail polishes.

Rimmel 60 Seconds 800 Black Out 8ml - I picked this up it the chemist warehouse 50% off sale for around about $3.95. I don't own any plain black nail polishes so for this price I thought I would add to my collection. This is a nice black that is opaque in about 2 light coats ( It says its a 1 coat polish but I prefer 2 light coats to even the colour out a bit) & it has a gloss finish. It takes only a couple of minutes to dry & Rimmel polishes tend to have good lasting power.
I used 2 coats of this to create my nail look.

Australis Crystal Colour Top Coat 10ml - This is a lovely Strengthening Holographic Flakie Top Coat that can be applied over any nail polish to give it light reflecting flakes that shine in golden, bronze/amber, blue & green depending which way the light hits it. It adds on a fair bit of the flakes in just one coat but I prefer 2 coats to give it more of a sparkle. This cost me about $7.95 but currently Starting today Priceline have $3 off all Australis Products so this will only be $4.95 & I'm really loving Australis Nail Polish at the moment so I might need to pick up a few to add to my collection. If  anyone has suggestions if you own any nice Australis ones?
I used 2 coats of this on top of the Rimmel Black Out to create my nail look.

Because the Australis Nail Colour is a Top Coat you don't need to apply a Top Coat over it but I have issues with my nails chipping easily due to work so I tend to still apply Seche Vite over any nail look I paint. :)

I really like the way the Holographic Flakes look over dark nail polish but they could also work over any other nail polish for a nice subtle sparkle.

What nail trend are you loving? What are you wearing on your nails?

Australia Day & BDO 13

I know its a bit late but Happy Australia Day to everyone hopefully you all had a good one :)
This year my Australia Day was a bit of a quiet one due to working but I still managed to celebrate with some close friends at a BBQ/Gathering. I was slightly saving my energy over the weekend for Big Day Out which was yesterday :):)

For those you aren't aware Big Day Out is a Music Festival that is usually on towards the end of January here in Australia. I normally don't get to excited for the line up as lately it hasn't been impressive but this year the headliners were the Red Hot Chili Peppers & seriously who could say no to that :) they played AMAZINGLY as usual. some other acts I saw were Band of Horses, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Vampire Weekend, Grinspoon & the Killers.. All the acts I watched were incredible & despite the heat it was an amazing Day & Night.

Now I just need to recover from it all :)
What did you do for Australia Day or for those outside of Australia what is one of your Favourite Musicians you have seen play Live?
Happy Tuesday

Holiday Haul Part 3

I was going to post this last night but when I came home from work I was to tired so I'm posting it now.. This is by far my favourite part of my holiday haul. This post will include all the lovely Make Up items I purchased while in Queensland :):)

Like I mentioned I hadn't really done any post Christmas shopping before I went away & I had saved up  a fair bit of money for my holidays so I pretty much just purchased items I liked / had been lusting over before I went away. Half of these items were sale item's & the rest were full price.

This is just going to be a quick post as I'm extremely busy today so I wont be talking to much about the products but if anyone wants me to do a closer review on any of the items feel free to let me know :)

From L to R: Pomegranate Pink, Bad to the Bronze & Bold Gold

Maybelline Color Tattoos Pomegranate Pink, Bad to the Bronze & Bold Gold - I picked these up in the 50% off sale at Chemist Warehouse for only $5.97 & I really love these eye shadows for colour bases & as I own a lot of neutral eye shadow palettes a lot of them include shades that are Bronze, Rusted & Gold Toned which are very similar to these 3 & they work great together. I also really like how they work even without eye shadow over the top.

From L to R: Bad to the Bronze, Bold Gold & Pomegranate Pink
I went to a Mecca Maxima Store (which by the way I never even knew existed) I'm guessing they only have stored over in the East Coast. Mecca Maxima is pretty much a mix of Mecca Cosmetica & Kit Cosmetics & It's pretty big & Pretty AWESOME :) they were having a GWP offer on at the time when you spend $60 you get this little gift box which included:

Kate Somerville Tanning Towelettes 15g Packet - I don't actually know how many are in here but I'm assuming just 1
A set of 6 Bobby Pins made by Mecca Maxima for Kit Cosmetics - these are the cutest little things & the colours look very nice together.
Nars Mini Blush Orgasm - This is the main reason I wanted this gift set. This little blush is adorable & I don't own Nars Orgasm so this is a very nice addition to my collection even though I'm not the biggest fan of blush I think this is an exception.

One of the Items I purchased from Mecca Maxima was this Korres Lip Butter in Pomegranate. This is my first Korres Lip Butter & I havn't tried it yet but It smells really fruity & delicious this was $18.95.

Prior to my holiday I had mentioned that my sister was overseas on holidays, she was planning on meeting us over in the Gold Coast. She flew in from India via Singapore & while in Singapore she was nice enough to gift me a Lancome Hypnose Doll Eye Mascara. She had a stop over in Singapore & decided to do a bit of shopping & before she went away she fell in love with this mascara & knew I would to. I've only used this twice & I LOVE IT!! :)

From Mecca Maxima I also picked up the Stila In The Light Palette RRP$62(and yes I realize I put it back in the packaging upside down lol) & a Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eye Liner Pen RRP$32. I was planning on purchasing these items online from Beauty Bay as they are a lot cheaper but I'd done so well on saving money & not spending on my self over Christmas I want to splurge a bit & let me tell you this palette is worth ever dollar. The Stila In The Light Palette contains 10 Eyeshadows & A Smudge Stick in the shade Damsel. I've had a bit of a play around with this & my favourite shade so far is Bubbly which is a warm toned Champagne Colour and is simply gorgeous.

The Last 3 items I got are all by the Balm & were all purchased from David Jones.

I got the Bright & Pretty Cosmetic Kit, the Balm Jovi Rockstar Palette & the Nude Tube Palette

The Balm Bright & Pretty Cosmetic Kit was a sale item & it was roughly about $34 from $50 it includes:

Mary-Lou Manizer 8.5g Highlighting Powder
What's Your Type? Black Mascara 10ml
and a Plump Your Pucker Lip Gloss in the shade Pink My Lemonade 7g
Mary-Lou Manizer Highlighting Powder

Swatches of the Highlighting Powder & Lip Gloss
The Balm Jovi Rockstar Palette was roughly $31 from $45 & contains 12 Eyeshadows, a Blush, a Highlighter & 2 lip colours

Apart from the sale Items David Jones were having a Buy 1 get 1 for 50% off on all the Balm products so I decided to pick up 2 Nude Tude Palette one for me & one for my Sister. With the sale these work out to be $37 each. This palette contains 12 Eyeshadows & a dual ended applicator brush. I haven't tried any of these out yet but they look really pretty.

So that is the end of all my Holiday Haul post's hope you have enjoyed seeing what I picked up. I'm going to be focusing less on Hauls & more on Review type posts so if any one would me to take a closer look of anything I've purchased please let me know

Happy Thursday Everyone

Holiday Haul Part 2

Yesterday I started posting my holiday hauls of all the things I purchased while in the Gold Coast. Today's haul is of the Nail Polishes I purchased. I'm currently obsessed with chunky glitter polishes & pretty much picked up as many nice ones as I could find.

During Christmas I picked up a 8 piece Chi Chi nail gift set for a friend & she was really impressed with it I decided to look for one for my self. I went into every Myer & Target store I could find & eventually I found this all glitter set from a random Target store I came across. This set contains 8 different coloured glitter polishes for only $19.95. I've only tried one of the polishes but so far I like them & for around $2 a bottle these are not bad.

From L to R: Essie Bikini So Teeny, Nail It! Ruby Slipper & Purple Haze

From the DFO in Brisbane I picked up this bottle of Essie Bikini So Teeny. I love Essie Nail Polishes & I have been eyeing this colour for quite some time & when I saw it for $6 I had to but it.

I've always been a fan of the Make Up & Nail Polishes at Sportsgirl so when I found these polishes I couldn't pass them up. I got the Sportsgirl Nail It! polishes the shades Ruby Slippers & Purple Haze.
Ruby Slippers
has a mix of small & medium sized pink, red & silver glitter with some Silver Diamond glitter chunks in it.
Purple Haze has medium sized hexagonal glitters in purple, blue & red with the same silver diamond glitter chunks.
Both nail polishes were $7.95 each & apply a really nice amount of glitter in just one coat which is great as I don't like when glitter polishes look good in the bottle but apply hardly any on the nail.

After Christmas Chemist Warehouse Started a HUGE sale on all their Make Up with 50% off all brands I took advantage of this offer & picked up a TON of things including these 3 nail polishes.

Revlon Nail Polish in 761 Scandalous - A murky black colour with purple glitter mixed into it.
Revlon ColorStay Nail Polish in 140 Fall Mood - A shimmery bronze colour
Revlon ColourStay Nail Polish in 260 Bold Sangria - A deep wine purple colour

I've heard a lot about Revlon Nail Polishes & I chose these Shade as they are colours I'm constantly drawn to.

I love Australis Nail Polishes and I own quite a few of their solid coloured ones but once I saw these I knew I had to pick them up. I purchased all of these from Various Priceline Store for around $8 each.

Australis Nail Glitter Colour in 51098 Milky Way - This is a really pretty pale white nail colour with tiny & large colourful glitter pieces mixed in.
Australis Nail Glitter Top Coat in 51099 Glitter Strikes Back - The minute I saw this I knew I had to have it. It is by far one of the most gorgeous glitter polishes I've ever seen. It has a lovely mix of Purple, Pink, Gold & Orange hexagonal glitters & I love it.
Australis Crystal Colour Top Coat in 51077 Speck-Tacular - This is a Strengthening top coat with really pretty holographic flakes. I've seen a few review on this & I decided to pick it up as it it extremely pretty.

The last nail polish I picked up was a Polish I have been coveting for as long as I can remember & it is O.P.I's The Living Daylights from the Skyfall Collection. Every time I walk into a David Jones stores I'm always on the look out for this shade but of course It's always sold out so when I finally saw some in stock of course I bought it. I'm sure everyone has either seen, read or heard about this nail polish & I'm so glad I found it as it is amazing..

Well that's it for my Nail Polish Section of my Holiday Haul. Tomorrow will be by FAVOURITE part of the Haul the MAKE UP :):)
Happy Tuesday Eveyone

I'm Back. Holiday Haul Part 1

This Post isn't going to be long I just wanted to do a quick post to let everyone know I'm back from the Gold Coast & ready to settle back into my daily routine.. I didn't really plan to buy much while I was away but since I didn't go crazy at the after Christmas Sales here in Perth I thought I would try some of the store in Queensland. I'm planning on post my Post Holiday Hauls in a few parts Starting with the Skin Care items I purchased while I was away.

The first thing I picked up was the Dr. Lewinns Facial Polishing Gel & Almay Eye Make Up Remover Pads both from Giant Chemist in Harbour Town Gold Coast. I love the Chemist in harbour town you can always find great bargains there. I got a sample of the Dr. Lewins Facial Polishing Gel in my November Bellabox & fell in love with it instantly but once I realized the full size of the product was RRP $39.95 I wasn't quite sure if I was willing to pay that much money for this product until I saw it at the chemist for $14.95 I new I had to buy it & as I was leaving I saw the Almay Eye Pads for $8.00 & decided to buy them as an impulse buy as I've never used them but I've heard great things about them so I'm going to give them a go.

I went into Kit Cosmetics in the Myer Pacific Fair Store & picked up a Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel with the help of the sales girl she was extremely friendly & helped me out as I've never bought anything from Mario Badescu & wasn't sure where to start. This cleanser cost $18.95 & I've only used it once so far & I like it. I will try to get some reviews up once I have used these products more.

From the same Myer Store in Pacific Fair I Picked up the Benefit Bright Travel Skin Care Set again I really wanted to try the Benefit Skin Care Range before I decided whether or not I wanted to buy some of the full size products from the range & this is the perfect way to do so.

This kit contains:
Foamingly Clean Facial Wash 8.9g tube
Moisture Prep Toning Lotion 8.9ml glass bottle
Total Moisture Facial Cream 8.9g glass container
It's Potent! Eye Cream 3.0g glass container
Tripple Performing Facial Emulsion 8.9ml glass bottle
Refined Finish Facial Polish 8.9g tube

 I picked up the
Angels on Bare Skin Facial Cleanser from Lush in the Pacific Fair Shopping Center. I love walking into a Lush store the people who work there are so friendly & extremely helpful. This cleanser smells heavily of Lavender & usually I'm not a fan of lavender fragrance products but this scent is rather addictive. You just take a small amount of this product & mix it with a little bit of warm water to make a creamy paste and just use it like any other face scrub. This stuff leaves your skin feeling super smooth & clean. So far I'm obsessed with this stuff. This is a 100g tub & it costs $15.95 & the lady said this should last about 3 months so I think this is great value & will probably continue to repurchase this item.
So that is all the Skin Care related items I bough while on holidays. Tomorrow in Part 2 of my Holiday Haul I will be post all the Nail Polishes I picked up.

Happy Monday Everyone

From Me to Me: Present's in the Mail

Firstly I apologise for not being able to blog but as I'm sure some of you are aware I'm currently in the Gold Coast with my family on holidays & I'm just not finding any time to sit down & blog so I do apologise :)

Just before Christmas I made a purchase on because they were doing a special offer that if you spend $90 or more you get a Free Confessions of a Conceal-a-holic & I've always wanted one of those & had a few purchases in mind so I thought I would take advantage of the offer.

My package arrived just before I went on holidays & I really wanted to post a haul but I was to busy so I'm dong it now :)
I spent $125 so I got free postage & for anyone who is interested in purchasing from benefit the postage to Australia takes approx 2 weeks.

So onto the stuff I puurchased :):)

Sexy Little Stowaways RRP $34.00

The first thing I got was the Sexy Little Stowaways Kit as it contains a lot of products Ive always wanted to try but never been brave enough to purchase the full size product of. This kit contains:

It's Potent Eye Cream 3g container
POREfessional 7.5g tube
Hoola Bronzer 3g sample size
Bella Bamba Blush 3g sample size
Bad Gal Lash Mascara 4g tube
Stay Don't Stray Primer Base 2.5ml size
Ooh La Lift Eye Brightener 2.5ml size
Sun Beam Highlighter 2.5ml size
Chacha Tint 2.5ml size
That Gal Face Brightener 7.5ml tube

I already own some of the POREfessional Pro Balm but I absolutely love it & I like the small sized ones for when I travel so I don't mind having another one of these same goes for the Bad Gal Lash but majority of the rest of the items I've never used so when I get back from holidays I will be having a good play around with the items & I might do an updated Benefit post

Hoola Bronzer & Bella Bamba Blush 3.0g each

Benefit's Rare Beauty Pack RRP $45.00

Rare Beauty Make Up Bag

The second thing I decided to buy was the Rare Beauty Snow White & the Huntsman Makeup Kit. The main reason I bought this is because I really wanted to buy a Full Size POREfessional (22ml/$30 RRP) & Bag Gal Lash (8.5g/$19) & this kit happened to contain both of these for only $45 & it also included a Benetint 4ml sample & High Beam 2.5ml sample. The other reason I fell in love with this gift set is because of the beyond GORGEOUS make up bag it comes in.

Benefit They're Real Mascara Set RRP $23.00

The last thing I purchased was 2 of these Benefit They're Real Mascara sets. Each set contains a Full Size They're Real Mascara (8.5g) & a sample size (4g). I got one of these sets for my sister & the other for me as were obsessed with this mascara at the moment.

Confessions of a Concealaholic RRP $36.00
(this was a free gift with purchase)

This was my free gift with purchase when I spent over $90 in one transaction. I always get emails when Benefit have these kinds of offers on so I'm so glad I got this email just when I was about to make a purchase anyway as I have always wanted to but this kit but never did. This kit contains:
That Gal Face Brightener 7.5ml tube
Erase Paste 3.2g pot
2 x Boi-ing Concealer Pans in shades 01 & 02
Lemon aid 0.9g pan
Eye Bright 0.9g Pan
& 2 double ended brush applicators

& Lastly a selection of Benefit Samples with the order..

I've been doing a little bit of shopping while I've been here as I've seen a few things that I can never find over in Perth so I will be posting a Haul when I get back from holidays but hopefully I will be able to post more while I'm here as I'm still on holidays for another week..

Favourite Beauty Products of 2012 TAG

I want to start of by wishing everyone a Happy New Year. I can't believe It's already 2013 time seems to moving ever so quickly.
I've been thinking about a post with all my favourite/most used products of 2012 but wasn't sure how to start it or what to include in it. Kat over from Kitch Snitch has created an Awesome Tag for Beauty Products of 2012 (see her post here). I'm not going to go to in depth with the products as I'm afraid I'll be here forever :)..
So without any further ado here are my Favourite & Most Used products of 2012
(This post is probably going to be picture heavy & I'm still using my phone for a camera so I apologize for the bad photo's lol)

Lip Products

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains - This is probably no surprise as it seems everyone is obsessing over these & I can see why. I'm not very big on lip products so I'm so glad I like these as they are so compact & easy to use. I have really dry lips & find that lipsticks are to thick for me to wear and end up making my lips look terrible but I love how these give a nice hint of colour to your lips and they feel very light on your lips. I own 4 of these in the shades Smitten, Cherish, Honey & Charm. They are currently 50% off at Chemist Warehouse so I think I might pick up some more.
Maybelline Baby Lips - As I said I have really dry lips I find the Revlon Balm Stains work better on my lips if I use a lip balm over the top of them which gives the balm stains a nice glossy look. Currently I'm addicted to baby lips. The packaging alone makes me want to buy these & they are so nice and smooth & they all smell amazing. I've gone through so many of these in 2012 & I currently have 2 that I carry with me at all time Smoothing Cherry & Mango Pie. These are also currently 50% of at Chemist Warehouse so I might need to stock up on some more.

My Lip Care routine I have been using throughout 2012 has been my Lush Mint Julips Scrub & Lush Lip Service Lip Balm. This Lip Scrubs Smells AH-Mazing & leaves my lip feeling so smooth. I try and use this as often as I remember at night & always follow it with Lush's Lip Service. Lip Service is unlike any other lip product I have used. Its a solid lip balm and melts to a kind of butter like feel on my lips. I find this hard to use though for some time I was unsure of how to get this out of the tin. Currently I just use a pointed Q Tip as I have a million of them but I'm sure there is an easier way to use this.

Make Up Face & Base Products

Revlon PhotoReady Perfecting Primer - I got this in a Revlon Gift Pack they had out during Christmas from Myer (Check out the post here). I ran out of my normal primer that I use (the Face of Australia one) & since I had this one I thought I would start using it & I love it. Most primers I've used honestly just feel like moisturisers & leave my skin feeling greasy this one is much more Mattiyfing and really smooths your skin and I have noticed a big difference with staying power of foundation when I use this. The only thing I dislike about this is the smell. I don't know how the explain it but It smells quite horrible but the smells goes away when you use foundation over it. Has anyone tried this? Do you think it smells weird?
Revlon Colour Stay Pressed Powder - My sister gave me this when she bought the Revlon ColourStay Make Up as it was a GWP and she didn't want it so I gladly took it off her hands & haven't put it down since. This is perfect for my skin tone & blends in nicely without looking cakey.
Napoleon China Doll in Look 4 - I haven't changed my foundation in over 3-4 years. I have been using this foundation for as long as I can remember as have never looked back since. I've tried some other brand here and there for days I don't really want to wear much make up as this is more of a Full Coverage Make Up I wear to work & when I go out. I love this because it set's to a matte finish so most days I don't even need to wear powder over it (I only use powder on days I my skin really needs it). The other thing I love about this foundation is that even though this is just a 30ml tube the actually make up isn't very liquidy so the last me forever so I don't really need to repurchase this as often & For my skin type I feel this has the best staying power some days I work 11 hour shift & I come home & my make up hasn't moved at all :)...

Eye Products

I am absolutely 100% addicted to Neutral Eye Shadow Palettes so It's not surprise my favourite eyeshadows for 2012 have been both of my Urban Decay Naked Palettes & my Too Face Natural Eye Palette. The quality of all these shadows are amazing & they are a great mix of matte, shimmer & glitter finish shades to use everyday or create great looks when going out. My go to everyday Eye Look lately has consisted of Half Baked, Smog & Dark Horse all from the original Naked Palette.

From Top To Bottom: The Original Naked Palette & Naked 2 Palette.

Too Face Natural Eye Palette
My favourite Eyeliners for 2012 have been:
Revlon ColourStay Liquid Eye Pen - This is a great Liquid Felt Eye Pen and is the first one of it's kind I've used so I'm sure there are much better ones out there but I'm happy with this one as it's easy to use & looks great on.
Rimmel Soft Kohl Eyeliners & Rimmel Scandal Eyes Kohl Eyeliners - I love how creamy & pigmented these Eyeliners are. I have recently been using colour eyeliner in my waterline & my favourite ones so far are071 Pure White, 025 Royal Blue (which is more of a Teal colour) & 014 Bright Blue.

From Left to Right: Revlon Liquid Eye Pen, Rimmel Scandal Eyes 014 Bright Blue,
Rimmel Soft Kohl 025 Royal Blue & 071 Pure White

My Favourite Mascara's of 2012 have been E.L.F Mascara Primer, Revlon 3D Volume Mascara & Benefit's They're Real Mascara. I'm not going to talk about these to much as I will be doing a full review & Comparison soon but these are my absolute Favourite Mascara's they are great for lengthening & seperating lashes & at the same time adding a little bit of volume.

Check Products

I'm not very big on cheek products as I have warm toned skin I find that BLush looks weird on me (It's probably just me being weird) but I've just never liked the way it looks which is annoying coz I see other people wear It & It looks amazing on them =S but I have discovered some products that I adore & they are Milani's Illuminating Face Powder in 01 Amber Nectar which give I nice light Glow to the skin & NYX Rouge Cream Blush in cb10 Golden which is a really nice cream blush that gives a peachy pink warm colour to my cheeks & just is a nice natural flushed look.

From left to right: NYX Rouge Cream Blush in Golden & Milani Illuminating Face Powder in 01 Amber Nectar

Nail Product

From left to right: Milani Gems, Sally Hansen InstaDri in Petal Pusher & Seche Vite Top Coat

I love nail polish it is probably one of my favourite things to use. I have WAY to many to even begin to pick favourites so I though why not incorporate some of my favourite colours with my favourite nail trend. I love the look of Jelly Sandwich Nails & only recently started painting my nails this way. For those who are unsure Jelly Sandwich Nails are a combination of layering Glitter Nail Polish with a Sheer colour. You start with a base coat & your base colour I've been using Sally Hansen's InstaDri Nail Polish in the colour 150 Petal Pusher (I got this in my October Bellabox) & then I add a Layer of a glitter I've been using Milani Gems which is a well known dupe for Deborah Lipmanns Happy Birthday Nail Colour then I go over the nail with 1 last coat of the base colour (Petal Pusher) & Finish with a Top Coat I use my Seche Vite Fast Drying Top Coat. Ill be doing a NOTD post on it soon :)

 Beauty Tools

Its safe to say I Love my Real Techniques Brushes by Samantha Chapman. I have all 3 of her sets that come in the black travel cases & the Powder Brush, Stippling Brush & Setting Brush. My favourite out of all the brushes are (in order of the above picture) the Powder Brush, the Deluxe Crease Brush, the setting brush, Domed shadow brush & the Buffing Brush

Skincare products

Bioderma Crealine H2Oml - This together with the Swisspers Large Make-Up Pads have become a necessity in my evening skincare routine I posted about the Bioderma last month if you want to check it out here
Rose-Hip Vital Roshhip Oil - This is another necessity in my skincare routine & if you want to read my thoughts on it you'll find it here
Formula 10.0.6 - This has always been a favourite skincare company of mine & this past year I've tried so many of there products & fallen In love with every single one of them. I'm a huge fan of their single packet face mask's as I never finish a whole bottle or jar of the same face mask so these are so much more convenient and an excellent way to try the different one's for people who haven't used these before. I was lucky enough to win a Formula 10.0.6 starter pack from the Priceline twitter page so now I have enough of these to last me awhile :)

Vera Wang Princess is one of my all time favourite perfumes ever & I love how affordable it is now. When I first bought this it was pretty expensive now you can find a 100ml bottle for as little as $50. I think this is the perfect scent for all year round it's not overpowering it's a nice light fruit & floral scent that I'm sure a lot of people like & I can get enough of it :)

Hair Care Product

I have been through so much with my hair in 2012 desperately trying everything to repair it's dry damaged ends & control the oily roots. I finally gave in & started trying the Macadamia Natural Oil range & I'm in LOVE with the Deep Repair Masque. This mask smells amazing (all the macadamia products do) & leaves my hair so soft without weighing it down. I still need to do my second half of the Macadamia Product.

OMG can't believe I finally got through all that :):) sorry if it was long..

Here are some of my Non Beauty Favourites

The Avengers
I'm a bit of a Marvel Dork :) I love all things Marvel Comics & was more then excited when the Avengers Movie came out.. Captain America is by far the best looking Hero there is :):)

Fired UpThis movie isn't new I think it came out in 2009 or 2010 but it is by far one of my favourite movies of ALL TIME. Whenever I'm sick or in need of cheering up or just super exhausted I watch this movie. It is soo funny & I pretty much know all the quotes to this movie & I love quoting this move all the time :)
It's just a silly movie about 2 guys going to cheerleader camp but it is one of the Lame yet Funny movies & I could watch this 100x & never get bored :)

Modern Family
Since this show first came out I have been OBSESSED with it. I think I am secretly in love with Phil Dunphy & want to marry him.. He is the funniest TV Dad on any show I have ever seen & he is a complete & utter dork & I love that :) .. I have re-watched this show a million times & it still gets me how funny it really is :)

I was introduced to this show in 2012 I'm pretty sure its fairly new as there are only 2 seasons & season 2 is currently on a Mid Season Break. Its a TV show about Harvey, a Lawyer in a top firm & needs to hire a new lawyer & he ends up hiring Mike, a guy with photographic memory even though he knows he isn't really a laywer but he likes how the Mike reminds him of himself when he first graduated Law School and from there the show begins. I like how this is a Drama but at the same time they incorporate a lot of light comedy to its not so serious & official all the time. I am obsessed with this show & for anyone who hasn't seen it I recommend you check it out :)

I pretty much love all music & listen to everything but this year 2 singers/bands stood out to me the most.

Florence + the MachineI've been a huge fan of Florence Welch & her music. She has an amazing voice & pretty much all her songs give me goosebumps. She came out with a new album at the end of 2011 & it has been pretty much on repeat in my house for all of 2012 as well as her new songs released after it. I find it hard to pick a favourite of the album as they are all amazing but the one that really gives me chills & stands out to me is the most is the song No Light, No Light.

A Day To Remember
One of my favourite bands is A Day To Remember & my most played album for 2012 has been their album Homesick. My favourite song from that album being "If it means a lot to you" .. Majority of their music is heavier which I like but oh man this song is so beautiful I can't get enough of it & the vocals are pretty amazing <3 ..

& lastly another favourite of mine is a cover of Somebody I Used to Know Performed by Mayday Parade ft Vic Fuentes (originally by Gotye ft Kimbra) this is for the album Punk goes Pop 5 & as much as I love the original song I personally think it sounds better like this :)

Hopefully you all enjoyed that & got through it all. sorry again for it being long but I had a lot of fun doing this :)
I tag anyone who hasn't yet done this & if you have done the tag or something similar feel free to post  your links :)
